35028 through Maidstone 3 December 2011

Delighted to see that Clan line will be hauling a VSOE Luncheon Excursion down the Maidstone East line on Saturday 3rd December and, more rarely for a steam loco, back up the same route in the late afternoon, at about dusk. I don't recall a steam train going up road in (hopefully) daylight on this route for many years. I'm intending to film the run and will post on YouTube if successful. All I need is dry weather and a punctual train!

Where are you going to vid/photo 35028? (thinking that this thread needs to be in the photography section)

Disappointed to see that Clan Line will not be coming to Kent this Saturday after all. She's going instead to Guildford via Redhill.
