Hi all,

If any of you have dates for Railtours, please can you add them to the Nine Elms Calendar which is below the picture of the Bulleids.

Many Thanks

John

First thing you need to do is add Tours to you're posts and then point them to the Calendar.

Sorry, Andy, I'm still completely confused as to how I do this. Would it be easier if I put a list here for you to transfer to the calendar?

Hi John,

Please either PM or email me the list and I will put them up for you.

I shall put up a set of instructions soon on how to do this - Still trying to make the Calander option a bit more user friendly currently.

Hi John,

Thanks for the reply. Theses will certainly do for now as will take sometime to upload. The Calander isn't 100% effective to allow everyone to post as yet. But as soon as this changes I will let everyone know. Still working on this bit at the moment.

Please leave out the Diesels for now - I will come to you in due-course.

As for 2010 these are a bit short on the ground currently from what I can see/tell??

Andy

From experience of past years the post Christmas period is often flat. However RTC do have some trips. Steam Dreams have released their provisional programme but not said what engines they intend using. With the demise of Past-Time rail there are inevitably less companies running steam tours.

In giving details of those running I've limited the info to those using Southern engines & those running over part or all of the Southern. I trust that this is what you want.

Seems 35028 is a bit thin on the ground? Didn't she have a fitness to run exam on Thursday the 19th Nov 2009??

As some members may be aware? There is now an option in the header to add Railtour dates with times etc on the Steam News Calendar section

Any problems please let me know.

If it prompts for a password when you go to the Calendar itself. The Password is Steam with a capital S and the rest of the letters are lowercase.

I have added a couple over recent months. Please can somebody else try it and let me know the result. I am currently trying to get some HTML coding together so that it flags these tours up on certain days and gives you the option of going to view the tour on that date, if you so wish.

Any help on the coding would be much appreciated.

Many Thanks.

Hi all,
For anyone wishing to add anything onto the Nine Elms Calendar under the Button under News and Feeds. This can be anything such as Railtours, Reunions or anything related to Galas or Steam, Diesel or Electric related.
The Password at the bottom to post is Steam (With a capital S and the rest in lowercase. Please ensure you put the code in correctly below the Password Prompt box as it will not add anything if you don't.
Thanks
