Hi all,

I have just found this interesting article relating to 70A being home to GWR Pannier Tanks.

Does anyone have any memories or stories on these locos?

Although it states that they were popular with Nine Elms Enginemen, how popular could they have been with issues with the Vacuum and release opf the Brakes?

Could be an interesting discussion. Cool

Have you clicked on the GWR Pannier Tanks link above in my first post with the information about the GWR Panniers on the Southern?
