Hi all,

I thought this might be a good topic to talk about why some enginemen had Nicknames?

I'll start off;

Nine Elms Enginemen

Driver 'Punch' Clark (Why?)
Driver 'Conker' Gee (Why?)

I am sure there are many others. But I'd like to know why some were given these nicknames?
