2010 Loco Failures Empty 2010 Loco Failures

Hi all,

It seems that the list of Mainline Loco Failures is ever increasing with yet another loco failure (18th August 2010) at 4am in the morning. This time a Black 5 (44932)

Does anyone know what it failed on?
